Yes, yes, I know. May 12 is Mother’s Day. Still, think of the possibilities of why an ice cream social on Mother’s Day is an absolutely splendid idea. If you are a mother, well, you certainly deserve ice cream. If not, be creative coming up with your very own reasons.
On Sunday, May 12, 2024, at the usual 1:00pm, some of us gathered that “On the Farm” on NYS Route 2, about midway between Watervliet and Latham. Yeah, yeah, it may rain, sprinkles at best, and we don’t melt and the venue has umbrellas.
All the hams will be there!!! (I’m reasonably certain of that.)
